All dossiers are delivered within five business days of receiving complete information from you. This includes:

  • Your CV
  • Job descriptions for your target roles
  • Any additional information we may request

If we request additional information during the diagnostic process, you have five working days to provide it. If not provided within this timeframe, reports will be issued based on available information unless you contact us to request an extension.

At minimum, you need to provide:

To get the most accurate and detailed analysis, we recommend also providing:

No. Career Architect AI is explicitly NOT a psychological, personality, or behavioural assessment. We do not:

  • Diagnose personality types or psychological profiles
  • Provide psychometric testing
  • Make claims about your emotional intelligence or cognitive abilities
  • Offer medical, legal, or financial advice

Our reports provide strategic career intelligence and positioning advice only. Any language about how "panels may perceive" you is strategic positioning guidance, not psychological assessment.

If any of your submitted roles receives a Strategic Fit Score of 70 or less during the Diagnostic phase, this automatically triggers a rerun for another role at no additional cost. We assess fit before you invest time in applications that are unlikely to succeed.

If we feel submitted roles are likely to be a mismatch based on our analysis, we may ask you to reconsider whether this is a role you want to submit. Our goal is to ensure you receive intelligence for roles where you have a realistic chance of success.
